Meeting girls on Facebook has been said to be the next dating site killer. Why? Because it's free and because everyone, well, almost, is on Facebook. Not all singles want to be listed on dating sites but very few will have anything against a Facebook account. How to contact a girl on Facebook then proves the challenge. But it's not that hard at all - you just need to know what to do, and, more importantly, what not to do.

Let's look at what not to do first: First, no poke. The poke feature is sure to be overlooked so stay clear of that. Second, don't be too sweet. What? Yes, you heard me - don't say: "wow, nice photo, I really like you, you wanna go out in the weekend?". Girls get that all the time so it doesn't work (anymore).

What you can do is say something a little cocky. Something she is not used to hearing. I recommend commenting on her photo, but not a nice comment - a comment that's a little cocky, something like:

You looked fun, but this photo is so serious! Looks like you're not dong anything crazy, ever - unfortunately.

Trust me - this will get a reply. And that's the whole secret: be different, say something that's actually not nice - but still not too obnoxious. In the above stated example, she will most likely get back to you and say that she actually does do weird stuff, she just doesn't need to put it on Facebook. And then the game is on - happy hunting!
